Luigi Carlo Ubertazzi
Born in Milan, Italy, 11.3.1947.
Granted scholarships by the Max Planck Gesellschaft and the Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung, as well as Italian scholarships. Former Professor at the Universities of Brescia, Pavia (Economics Faculty), Bari, Ferrara, Venice. Currently Full Professor in Intellectual Property and Competition Law at Pavia (Law School). Author or editor of many publications. Lectures in Italy, Brazil, Czech Republic, Croatia, France, Germany, Japan, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland. Director of the review AIDA-Annali italiani del diritto d'autore, della cultura e dello spettacolo (Year Book on Copyright and entertainment law) and of the review Giurisprudenza pubblicitaria (Advertising Law).
