Intellectual Property and Competition Law


Description of the Course
The course aims to cover all features of Intellectual Property and Competition Law (Competition Law, Unfair Compettion Law, Intellectual Propery Rights); but it is mainly focused on Copyright and Advertisimg Law.

Organisation of the Course
The main teaching is by Professor Ubertazzi's lectures and seminars, in some of which students will present and discuss papers and cases.
The course is held in the first semester (35 hours).

Examination
Performance is assessed by means of oral examination. A continued and profitable attendance to classes will be taken into account in the final exam.
Credit units: 6.
